OPENING HOURS: Hospital Visiting Hours.
The Intensive Care/Coronary Care Unit is a five bedded unit which caters for surgical patients, medical emergencies and cardiac patients. It is located on the first floor, opposite the operating theatre and adjacent to Cardiology.
Under the supervision of the Consultant Physicians, Consultant Anaesthetists and ICU nurses this department provides highly skilled diagnosis and care of acutely ill patients. Access to ICU is strictly limited and visitors are asked to ring the bell before entering.
