Accommodation
Type of accommodation is as booked by the Consultant's secretary. If
you have cover for a single room, please highlight this to the secretary.
The Hospital is not always in a position to provide single accommodation
if not booked at least six weeks prior to date of admission. Please inform
your Consultant/Hospital if you are a known MRSA carrier or resident
of a Nursing Home.
Medicines
Bring all of your medicines with you,
separately wrapped and clearly labelled with full
instructions.
In addition, ask your Chemist for a printout of all your medications.
This is to avoid any interruption in your medication. The Hospital may
need to defer your admission without this important information.
