Long Term Care

Long Term Care

Many of the medical problems that face older people are long lasting, or chronic in nature.  Some require the sort of ongoing nursing care that is impossible to provide at home.  It is for people in these circumstances that our Long Term Care service is designed.

In every case the treatment provided is customised to the patient and is predicated on the need to maintain their independence and dignity as far as possible.  At the same time our holistic approach means that we do not simply tackle symptoms as they arise but treat the whole person.

We have developed treatment regimes based on the latest research and best international practice.

These same principles of care are applied across the board to all of our Long Term Care residents.
