Ms. Deirdre O Hanlon is a consultant surgeon in the BonSecoursHospital, Cork and CorkUniversityHospital. She trained in general surgery on the Irish Higher Surgical Scheme. She completed her post fellowship in PortiunculaHospital, Galway. She is a Board Member of Cancer Research Ireland, and the Munster Ethics Committee.
